What are your hours?

Both laundromats are open 7 days a week and 360 days a year. Our last wash is 1 hour before closing every day. Check our store locations in North Austin and South Austin for exact store hours. Please be considerate to our staff and allocate enough time to finish your laundry before closing.

Do you sell soap/detergent?

Yes! Both locations sell soap, laundry bags, and all the things you would need to get your laundry done!

What can we do while we wait?

We offer free high-speed Wifi, HTDV, arcades, and vending machines for snacks and drinks available to purchase.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept credit cards for laundry soap, wash and fold, and select machines at our South Austin location. We currently do not have credit card abilities at our North Austin location.

How long does it take to do my laundry?

Our high efficiency washers can get all of your laundry washed in 28 minutes. We recommend a minimum of 30 minutes to tumble dry completely.

What is the best time to do my laundry?

Both of our locations busiest days are on Saturday and Sunday. The busiest times are generally right at opening and right before closing. The “best” time to come in is Tuesdays through Thursdays.

How do I know which machine to use and how to use it?

If you have any questions on how machines work, how to use them, or any issues that could happen, please flag down one our staff to help you!

Do you provide same-day laundry service?

Our wash and fold service provides same day service before 11am Monday through Saturday.

Do you handle commercial accounts?

Yes, please use the commercial contact page in order to inquire about pricing and availability. A member of our team will reach back out as soon as possible. We guarantee that your laundry needs will be clean by us in house.
